Kvalifikovani elektronski žigovi se izdaju u skladu sa Zakonom o elektronskom dokumentu, elektronskoj identifikaciji i uslugama od poverenja u elektronskom poslovanju („Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije“, br. 94/2017 i 52/2021) i podzakonskim aktima donetim na osnovu njega.
Qualified electronic stamps are issued in compliance with the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification, and Trust Services in Electronic Transactions (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 94/2017 and 52/2021), and the bylaws adopted pursuant thereto.
