The validation service for qualified electronic signatures and stamps is performed in compliance with the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification, and Trust Services in Electronic Transactions (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 94/2017 and 52/2021), and the bylaws adopted pursuant thereto.
