Kvalifikovano sredstvo za kreiranje elektronskog potpisa/pečata koristi se u skladu sa Zakonom o elektronskom dokumentu, elektronskoj identifikaciji i uslugama od poverenja u elektronskom poslovanju („Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije“, br. 94/2017 i 52/2021) i podzakonskim aktima donetim na osnovu njega.
The qualified electronic signature/seal creation device is used in compliance with the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification, and Trust Services in Electronic Transactions (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 94/2017 and 52/2021), and the bylaws adopted pursuant thereto.
